A former FleishmanHillard and Praytell leader, Stefan has built award-winning campaigns for Fortune 500 brands, advocacy coalitions, and mission-driven organizations across trade, public health, cosmetics, tourism, and tech sectors. His philosophy is audience-first and fully integrated—connecting strategy to storytelling with an eye toward emerging media, online communities, and the creator economy.
Beyond his strategic counsel, Stefan has deep experience in creative and digital execution. He has collaborated with designers, writers, and filmmakers to translate reputation strategy into campaigns and platforms—developing everything from content series and websites to annual reports, films, and experiential activations that reach niche audiences and elevate corporate and executive storytelling.
As Senior Vice President and Chief of Staff at Praytell, Stefan played a central role in scaling the agency from $3M to $28M in revenue, while driving client growth, business development, and team development. He secured new business wins with PepsiCo, Nissan, Travel Portland, and the University of Pennsylvania, while expanding multi-year client relationships with Destination Canada and the Paper & Packaging Board into million-dollar portfolios.
Stefan’s achievements include repositioning MAC Cosmetics around its AIDS Fund legacy, leading sustainability and perception-shift campaigns for the paper and packaging industry, leading content development for the Estée Lauder Companies’ Global Citizenship & Corporate Sustainability division, and guiding multicultural strategies for LUSH, Zappos, and Under Armour. He has also served on teams navigating high-profile crises and industry-defining moments, from the Costa Concordia disaster to net neutrality debates in Washington.
